Group Leader Engineering
Task & Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, supervision, and evaluation for all subordinates, both technically and non-technically, within the scope of Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and Electrical work.
- Coordinate design planning implementation with Engineers and/or Drafters within the Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and Electrical fields.
- Create schedules for design planning completion.
- Follow up on design planning preparations approved by customers into execution drawings.
- Review working drawings, Bills of Material, and technical calculations submitted by Engineers and/or Drafters.
- Review and approve Time Sheets, monthly reports of Engineering Department staff, and other matters related to the Engineering Department.
- Evaluate the performance of the Engineering Department and propose improvement measures to be implemented in the department to management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with the scope and responsibilities.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with the MK3L management system based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical).
- Age: Maximum 40 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Skills:
- Proficient in drawing.
- Skilled in design and calculation software applications.
- Effective communication skills across various levels.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Expertise in leadership management.
- Capable of performing value/material engineering on a large scale.
- Proficient in construction planning and design concepts.
- Able to motivate and develop Staff, Organization, and Management (SOM).
- Experience: 4–10 years (preferably in the Conveyor field).
Other Requirements:
- Understanding of Project Management and Project Execution.
