Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Age: 25-30 years.
- Minimum skills: Ability to place candidates and/or employees according to their best potential.
- Minimum experience: 3 years.
- Outgoing personality.
- Location: Gunung Putri, West Java.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching and counseling for employees.
- Assist the Deputy Manager of HR & GA and Office Manager in evaluating and analyzing employee performance.
- Recommend candidates for specific positions, whether they are new applicants or current employees, by assessing their potential.
- Administer psychometric tests for candidates and/or current employees.
