QS Project

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Minimum Education: Associate Degree (D3) in any major (preferably engineering)
2. Age: 25 Years
3. Gender: Female / Male
4. Minimum Skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, S-Curve, Gantt Chart
5. Minimum Experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in similar work
6. Fluent in writing and speaking English

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) / Site Manager (SM) and related departments to create Detailed Schedules and S-Curves.
2. Coordinate with customers for weighting in the S-Curve.
3. Prepare Project Progress Reports (Weekly & Monthly).
4. Prepare Progress & Completion Reports (BAST) on site.
5. Submit Reports for customer signatures as a basis for Billing Progress Work.
6. Organize and manage related documents.
