Site Manager
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum Education: D3 / S1 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Age: 30 Years
- Minimum Expertise: Experience in Handling Conveyor System, Shiploader, and Crushing Plant Projects
- Minimum Experience: 6 Years for D3 or 3 Years for S1 with similar projects preferred
Possession of Competency Certificates (AK3, Working at Heights, Sea Survival, POM) is preferred. - Resides in Gunung Putri and surrounding areas
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Creating Project Budget, Work Procedures, Work Schedule, Manpower Schedule, Equipment Schedule, and Project Reports.
- Managing the Team (PE MHD JPC Staff) involved in the project.
- Recruiting, Organizing, and Managing Local Manpower, Subcontractors, and Local Vendors.
- Coordinating with the Project Manager and Internal Divisions of JPC (Engineering, Procurement, HSE, etc.).
- Coordinating with Customers, NGOs, and Local Government for Work Permits.
- Evaluating Project Progress and Providing Alternative Solutions to Issues.
- Coordinating with Marketing & PM during Tender Execution and Erection Budget Pursuit.
