Qualifications & Experience:

1. Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering)
2. Age: 25-35 years old
3. Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome
4. Minimum Skills:
   • Ability to calculate transportation needs for domestic shipments
   • Proficient in computer usage
   • English proficiency
   • Ability to drive
5. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience

Task & Responsibilities:

1. Vendor sourcing and price negotiation
2. Calculation of freight costs, customs clearance, and other associated costs for imported goods
3. Negotiation process
4. Processing purchase orders and follow-up
5. Managing shipment documentation with vendors, forwarding agents, and customs for imported goods (Understanding of the import documentation process and regulations in Indonesia)
6. Preparation of all hard and soft copy documents
7. Coordination with internal departments and external vendors
